Double room to rent in roomy house - Bethnal Green

Viewing tonight (Monday 21st April) between 7pm-8pm when two of my flatmates, Hannah & Jo are going to be home to meet people with me and also another viewing tomorrow night (Tuesday 22nd April) between 6: 30pm-8: 30pm when Jo & my other flatmate, Alex will be home to meet people with me.

5mins walk to Bethnal Green Underground / 1min walk to Bethnal Green Station / 8mins walk to Whitechapel Station. House has a large living room with TV, 2 couches and plenty of storage. Separate kitchen with all the usual bits including washing machine and tumble drier. There's also a large garden perfect for summer BBQs. You'll be sharing with three lovely ladies (2 Londoners & 1 Northerner), all working professionals, who've been in the house together for just over a year and are looking for someone nice to join. The room is available from Thursday 24th April and is £580 per month plus an initial bond deposit of £580. Bills are usually about another £50 a month (including Wi-Fi, TV license, council tax, water etc.) Move in date can be flexible though ideally this Thursday the 24th of April.
