We have one lovely room available in our great house in Bethnal Green, Just a stone's throw from Victoria Park and on the same street as the Approach Tavern.

The house has all the basic amenities that you would need. We are a very easy going group who work longish hours during the week and spend the weekends chilling out, exploring London and socialising.

Along with the rooms the following bills need to be paid
Council Tax £30 each a month
Electricity and Gas - £30 each a month
Cleaner £12 a month each
Internet £8 a month each
Deposit is £700 for everyone in the house
Please note that there will also be an agency fee when signing the contract.

New housemate (NO COUPLES) preferably female

We're Dean, Paul, Mike and Martina (26-30), 4 professionals. We're really not fussy, we just want a nice flatmate who will be easy to get along with, preferably a girl as we would like to keep the house balanced. We enjoy socialising together but also have our own groups of friends and are often out and about during the week. We enjoy cooking, watching movies (with the occasional beer/glass of wine), sport and generally just enjoying London. We like to keep the house clean but also have a cleaner who comes every other week.
