Furnished room for rent Bethnal Green £390 PCM

Hello, after living in this house for 3 years I have decided to move to berlin.
The room is a very reasonable price for the area and you are seconds away from hackney road, the city farm, columbia road market and minutes from broadway market, bethnal green road, shoreditch, London fields LIDO and York Hall.
There are lots of cafes/bars/restaurants locally.

Just around the corner is buses 55 (oxford st) 48 (London Bridge and 26 (Waterloo) there is also Bethnal Green Tube about 10 minutes away and Cambridge Heath station.

The room available has a large window, small double bed (with storage), Wardrobe, bookshelf and a tallboy.

The House has 2 bathrooms (the larger with bath/shower/toilet and the smaller shower/toilet), Kitchen has fridge/freezer, blender, washing machine, dryer, etc.
The lounge has a large couch and small (but extendable) dining room table and chairs.
We have a small balcony with some chairs and herbs and we usually keep the house clean and get the occasional cleaner in. There is also a spot for your bike by the door.

I have become great friends with these lovely housemates, we occasionally cook together, watch films and have a drink and dance.
They are a mix of hairdressers, barbers and bar tenders and we have lots of fun together.
we are a mix of smokers and non-smokers (but only outside).
Looking for someone similar who likes to have a laugh, travel, cook, and is easy going.
