The flat is fully furnished with a big living room and kitchen plus all the usual mod cons - wireless broadband, big skinny tv, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, etc.  There is also a small front and back garden.

The flat is located on the ground floor of an ex council block overlooking Roman Road, 3 minutes walk from Bethnal Green tube station.  

Great transport links - 10 minutes to Central London.

As well as Bethnal Green tube (Central line) we are less than 10 minutes walk to Stepney Green (Hammersmith & City and District Lines) and opposite the number 8 bus stop which runs from central London all night.

Also within easy walking distance are, Brick Lane, Victoria Park, some nice pubs and bars, supermarkets, gyms, swimming pool, etc.

You would be sharing with an english guy and a spanish girl, both friendly, sociable and easy to get along with.

The rent is £700 per calendar month (£162 per week), inclusive of all bills, with a deposit of £200.
The room is also available for couples, but as all bills are included in the price, it would be 800 pounds for a couple.
