Lovely Double Room in Friendly Flatshare

Hi All

I have a lovely double room for rent in a really friendly flatshare in Bethnal Green. The room is £660 a month. The room is available until the beginning of October (although move out date may be flexible). Bills are about £50 a month, give or take. The house is moments from Bethnal Green, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street. The location could not be better!

I ideally need someone to move in on 1/2 August so I will be doing viewings on Saturday.

You will be living with 3 fab housemates. Becky runs her own charity and loves all forms of exercise, most notably swimming around reservoirs at 7am on Sunday mornings. Lucy is an ex-architect, turned artist who is doing an MA in fine art and Tom is probation officer (with many a story to tell!).

The house is a great place to be. It is a real home and I am looking for someone amazing to take my space in it. I am sadly having to move on as I have taken the big leap into property ownership.

The house has a living room, dining room and kitchen (lots of communal space where we eat/drink wine together a lot). It has an upstairs bathroom, with a fireplace for those candle lit baths!!

I am looking for someone to live in the house until the beginning of October (possibly longer).
