Spacious double room to rent in excellently located 3 bedroom flat near London Buddhist Centre (Roman Road). 5-10 min walk to Bethnal Green tube and Cambridge Heath Station, short walk to Victoria Park, Regent's Canal, Simply Fresh (organic supermarket), Shoreditch, and Hackney. If you work in the City, its a 20 min commute from door to door.

I am looking to rent one of the rooms in the flat to a new tenant for two to three months only. Ideally I am looking for a tenant who fits in well with the two other tenants. Both are young professionals, both female.

All dealings will be with me as I am the acting landlord on the property.

Rent is very reasonable at £650 pcm and bills are included.

Deposit is half months rent due to shirt stay and will be held in a secure tenancy deposit scheme (DPS).

The room is a spacious double with some furnishing (wardrobe, bed, etc.). There is no living room in the flat as this has been converted into a bedroom. There is one bathroom, one W. C, and a kitchen.
