We have a bright and cosy double room to rent in our second floor apartment in Bethnal Green. This is a shared flat located in one of the most vibrant areas of London within walking distance to Brick Lane, Shoreditch or Hoxton, and beautiful Columbia flower market.

*3 minutes walk from Bethnal G. tube station (Central Line, one stop from Liverpool Street)
*10 minutes walk from Whitechapel (Hammersmith and City & District Lines)
*24 hour bus to Tottenham Court Road & Oxford Circus outside front door.
*Stansted airport bus stop nearby

All the amenities you need are close by, with a 24 hour Tesco, fast food restaurants, banks, post offices and grocery shops on the doorstep. There are also many pubs and international cuisine restaurants nearby.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and there is a large bathroom-shower and fast internet broadband. Rent is £138 per week, bills not included.

We are looking for a young professional/student to live with us, the flat is in an ideal location for Queen Mary’s University students.

We are 3 young professionals (two English, one Spanish speaking), with a couple in one of the rooms, unfortunately one of our friends is leaving so we need to rent one of the rooms. We can also manage to speak French! Although we are quite laid back in terms of general rules of the house, we all work, so we would ideally like a housemate that bears this in mind during the week. Although we’re always up for a pint or two in the pub!
