I am sadly leaving this great flat in East London - nice house, awesome flatmates and fantastic location!

- Three story house, with wooden floors, high ceilings and original fire places in room & bathroom;
- Double bedroom on first floor, not too big but nice & cosy;
- Kitchen with all necessary utensils and cosy lounge downstairs with television;
- Best part of the flat is the great location: walking distance from Brick Lane, Broadway market, Victoria park, etc. and still very well connected to other parts of London with Bethnal green tube station 3 min away (Central Line);
- Lots of storage place in basement, also for bicycles;
- 3 fab flatmates, young professionals in their late twenties: Clara, Cameron and Chris, from Spain, Australia & UK, who like to hang out over dinner or a glass of wine;
- Great landlord - no agency fees or anything to deal with, and things get fixed straight away.

Move-in date is flexible, available from 13th of July but 3rd of August latest. I'd like to ask £50 for furniture I'd bought for the room (bed, closet, etc.)
