Double Bedroom, Bethnal Green in August (flexible)

Hi!

We have a double room to sublet for approximately one month in our friendly flatshare. Ideal for anyone who is only in London temporarily, or simply needs somewhere nice to stay while looking for somewhere more permanent.

The rent is £520 for the month, plus bills which will come to no more than £40. The room will actually be available from the 25th July if needed, and if you need to stay an extra week or so into September, that should be fine - just let me know; we can adjust rent accordingly.

I'll be travelling/working out of London over August so my room will be available (cleaned and emptied) over the whole month. The bedroom isn't actually the one pictured (I will add a photo very soon!) - the available room looks very similar but is at least twice the size and is the biggest in the flat, so there'll be plenty of space! There is a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The room is also very light as there is a big window that looks out onto a communal garden area.

We are 5, working in product design (Jo), restaurant/food magazine (Taahir), tourism (Manon), film (myself) and law/events (Ian). I've lived here for over 2 years now and absolutely love it. Everyone is very friendly and sociable, but all have their own lives as well.

We're 2 minutes walk from Broadway Market and Regents Canal, 5 minutes from Victoria Park, London Fields and Columbia Flower Market. Closest tubes are Bethnal Green (8 min walk) and Hoxton Station (10 min walk). There are also buses pretty much from our front door to Waterloo (26), London Bridge (48) and Oxford Circus (55).
