The house has four floors with a big living space with a fireplace, dining area, a patio and the kitchen with a gas stove and a dishwasher on the bottom floor. There is original wooden floors throughout the whole flat which also has a converted loft space serving as a guest room.

The ensuite room is located on the 2nd floor together with a big terrace and the common bathroom. It has two big sash windows which makes the room very bright and spacious. There are also three built in wardrobes and two big bed drawers which provides lots of storage and also a private bathroom.

The street is quiet and residential and the neighbours very friendly and easy going.
Columbia Road, London Fields, Broadway Market, Victoria Park and Shoreditch are all stone throws away.

A cleaner is included in the rent and comes once a week. Other bills not included and are around £40per person/month. There are two other couples in the flat between the age of 24-29.
