I'm looking to rent my room for a month, any time from this Thu 17 July to Fri 22 August. (I'm moving out early, tenancy ends 22 Aug.)
It's a double room, very good size with double bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe, drawers, shelves. It's £590 for the month - I'll cover the bills and council tax, so no need to worry about that.
It's a 5 bedroom flat in City View House, an old converted brick apartment block, first floor, open plan kitchen/lounge, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath/shower). High ceilings and big windows throughout. Concierge, communal roof terrace, underground parking available to rent. Very relaxed friendly professionals in their mid-late 20s.
Just looking for someone nice, respectful, clean, tidy etc for the month, that will fit with the other housemates ok.
