Short-term let - reduced price!

I'm going travelling from August 1 to mid-September (around the 18th), so I'd like to sub-let my room for 6 weeks.

The rate would be £190/week for however long you want to stay. That includes all bills, and Wifi and Sky TV, everything. Or I'll consider your best offer ;) I'll also consider shorter let periods!

If you would like to let the room for the whole 6-week period and can pay upfront, I can let you have it for £1050.

Bethnal Green is brilliant and the flat is right in the heart of it. It's about a 5-10 min walk from Shoreditch, but with twice as much atmosphere. Loads of good pubs and restaurants nearby, a little bit arty but still proper East London. I vastly prefer it to Shoreditch - tons more character, the people are more down to earth and it's cheaper!

The flat is right in the heart of Bethnal Green, about a 3 min walk from the tube station (Central line). It takes about 20 mins on the tube to get into Central London, or you can take the number 8 bus which goes from right outside the house. So convenient!

The flat is modern and clean. Your bedroom is a modest-sized double room, and you have your own private bathroom (not en suite; yours will be the family bathroom but it's not shared). It's south-facing so is sunny and warm. The flat has been finished to a high standard, is comfortable and fairly new.

My housemate works in PR. She's hilarious and a very caring person who likes reading, films, normal type of stuff - and going out and "socialising"! That sort of thing! She's very laid back, but very neat and tidy too. Oh and she LOVES cooking.
