£750 Short Let Aug 9Th - Sept 2Nd - Bethnal Green

Hello! Are you looking for a SHORT LET for nearly a month this August? My room is available from Saturday August 9th until Tuesday September 2nd as I will be traveling abroad. The room itself is a large double room (with the most comfortable bed you’ve never slept in!) located right in the centre of Bethnal Green. We keep a clean flat and it is within a 10 minute walk from Bethnal Green Tube station, Brick lane, Spitalfields Market, Broadway Market and the Columbia Road flower market – all the best things of living east! Our flat has two private terraces for late-night dinners/dancing and a large modern kitchen if you care to spend any time cooking. There are two flatmates – Australian, a guy and a girl both in their late 20s – and they’re both social and laid-back. I’m sure they’d be keen to share a pint or five and show you around the neighbourhood if you’re interested.

As to the particulars, the room is £750 for the duration and I’m asking for a £250 security deposit which will be returned to you once I return on the 2nd of September. If you’re interested, please tell me a little bit about yourself and if I like what I hear, I’ll arrange a time for you to come and see the flat and meet the flatmates. I’ve sublet my room many times in the past and have had nothing but good luck so I hope to continue the streak. Thanks!
