Dbl room in lovely victorian Bethnal Green house

We're looking for someone to move into our lovely end of terrace period house close to Columbia Road in Bethnal Green.

THE ROOM
The room is 'cosy', but big enough for a double bed. There's a chest of drawers and clothes rail, plus there might be the option of including a double bed as well if needed. The room overlooks our courtyard garden. It is available from mid-August (exact date tbc at the moment but it will be sometime between 12th and 19th August).

THE HOUSE
The house has a large kitchen/diner and separate
lounge with French doors leading out to the garden (where a bike can be stored if you have one).

RENT
Rent is a bargain for the area at £460 per month, plus roughly £80 per month for bills.

US
You would be be sharing with my three lovely housemates. Two guys and one girl, between the ages of 27-32, who work in law, architecture and charity.

YOU
We're looking for a professional of around a similar age who is nice and sociable (but not a crazy party animal), clean, tidy and respectful. We like to socialise over the occasional meal, drink, film or BBQ in the garden (our speciality), but also lead our own lives too.

THE AREA
The estate we live on dates from the 1860s so has real character. The house is 2 mins from Columbia Road (great for the Sunday flower market) and also close to Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Broadway Market.

Bethnal Green tube (central line) and Hoxton overground (east London line) are both about a 10 minute walk. Loads of buses run along Hackney Road and Bethnal Green Road (2 mins walk) including numbers 48, 26, 55, 88, 388 & D3.

There is a fairly big Tesco 5 mins away, as well as a smaller Co-op, Sainsbury's and Tesco Express.
