Spacious, bright, double room in professional flat

We are four young professionals (teachers and civil servant) looking for a fifth flatmate to share our lovely spacious, bright, clean and ideally located flat in the heart of Bethnal Green. We have loved living here for the past two years and hope to find someone else who will enjoy the flat and area just as much as us!

The room is available from August 28th. The flat is large with four double bedrooms, two WCs, a shared bathroom, a kitchen and a large sitting room and dining room. We also have a washing machine, tumble dryer and lots of extra storage space. We have a good relationship with our landlord and he is also keen for a professional to join us.

The flat is located a 4 minute walk from Bethnal Green Tube Station (central line) and is also about 8 minutes away from Cambridge Heath National Rail. Victoria Park is a 10 minute walk away. Sainsbury's and Tesco are also extremely close by. There is a great Fitness 4 Less gym (£15 a month!) just up the road and we are also walking distance away from Shoreditch High Street, Hoxton, Columbia Road and Broadway Market. The immediate area is full of great cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants. It really is a great spot!
