Cozy Double With Lounge & Garden *Bills Inc*

We have a spacious double bedroom in our 3 bed masion-ette to rent from the 16/17th of August. Looking for a chilled out, social person to join our relaxed and easy going house.

Our flat has a large kitchen, reasonable lounge and a reasonable garden for those "sunny" summertime BBQs! We also have 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bath (toilet). The room itself is spacious and it has a lot of natural light. Comes with 1 large and 1 small chest of draws, wardrobe and a double bed. Largest room in the house, about the size of the lounge. * Picture doesn't do it justice, whole other half missing, but is filled with the leaving girls boxes*

The area is just off Bethnal Green Road (behind the tesco). 6 min walk to Bethnal Green station on the central line. Also easy to get to Whitechapel, Hoxton and Shoreditch over ground. For those late nights, great night bus connections to central london! Not that there isn't anything going on in walking distance - you can easily walk down to Brick Lane (10 ish mins) or over to Old Street/Shoreditch Church area (15ish).

We have a cleaning rotor so that the house remains tidy and is fair on all, but nothing too strenuous so we can all have lives. Also have a kitty for supplies like toilet paper, tin foil etc.

Boring stuff over - now a little about who we are. You'll be living with a couple (Kiwi guy and American girl) and one other (we have two available rooms - see our other ad). Due to how the block is set up, not great for every night crazy parties but having get togethers on weekends is normal. Im a graphic designer for a PR firm and my partner chris manages construction sites. Into all the normal flat things - dinner, wine, laughs & music (Chris plays the guitar). I can also always be talked into a pub quiz!

All bills, including Wifi, are in the rent. TV license isn't and will might be small charge usually in April. We split it between us.
