Short Term Let in Extra Large room until Sep 20th

Hello - I have an extra large room for rent for two months until the end of my lease on September 20. Time period is flexible.

The room is quite large - one of the biggest I've seen on my flat searches. There are 3 closets in the room so you will never run out of storage space. It comes furnished with a bed and a desk. There is a large window so the room always has light. The kitchen is seperate from the living room - which is also a good size (two seater & three seater sofa) and has big windows.
The kitchen has a good sized fridge and lots of storage.

You will be sharing with my flatmate of 4 years - a French girl who works in the travel industry.

The location of the flat is very convenient. We are about a two minute walk to the Central Line - 12 minutes to Oxford Circus, and conveniently located close to to Shoreditch, Columbia Road, Regents Canal, London Fields, Brick Lane - really there is all kinds of fun cool things to do within walking distance.

This apartment is a home to us, so the candidate should be neat and tidy, and not be expecting to have wild parties, but of course we want someone who is relatively social and on occasion wants to have a nice dinner and relax over some wine :)

The lease is over September 20th - so if you are looking for something between now and then drop me a line as I am flexible on the time period. Possibility to renew with the landlord after.
