Hello dear room hunters,

Large double rooms available from 6th of June in a friendly flatshare. Currently there are two professional males in a flat. Three of you will have a room each and there’s no separate living room.

It’s a great area in terms of location and how trendy it has become. Easy access to central London, 5-10 minutes’ walk on Roman road to Bethnal Green station (Central line zone 2), bus 8, N8 stops just outside the block. Victoria Park is a couple of minutes away. Nice bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. Nearest supermarket is Tesco's, there's also a daily market Tue-Sat and corner shops.

Room is fully furnished. Internet access, washing machine, cooking facilities, bathroom/toilet. Building is mostly inhabited by families, it is an ex council block and it is quite dated, but the flat has been refurbished recently.

Looking for a clean and tidy, non smoker (at home) and a good person in general. Available for viewings, ideally looking for someone to move in soon.

Rent includes bills except of gas and electrics. One month deposit and a month rent in advance.
