2 bedroom flat in E2 for 12 months minimum

Hi, I'm looking for a flat mate for 12 months minimum from 18th September on.

It's a 2 bedroom flat in area 2, 5 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station, 10 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street overground station and 30 minute cycling to centre of London.

The flat is in a quiet residential area but it's very lively around it if you want to go out. Brick lane, Shoreditch and Hoxton are approachable by walking. Moreover, all kind of shops, cafés and restaurants are located on Bethnal Green and Hackney road.

There are also 2 enjoyable markets: Broadway Market on Saturdays and Columbia Flower Market on Sundays. If you like parks, Victoria Park and Haggerstone park are very close.

The flat has kitchen with nice view to the garden, living room with a deck to the garden, separated toilet from the shower and your room. Moreover, it has a front garden with cover space to dry your clothes and nice area to have BBQ or outdoor breakfast. It has 4 compost beds if you like gardening. Recycling facilities are available too.

The rent is £860 per month. That includes council tax, Internet, Water, Gas and electricity. It does not include TV license. A £885 deposit is required to rent the flat.

You will share the flat with myself only. I am a 33 years old graphic designer from Colombia. I work in marketing. I like climbing, cycling, gardening, reading and watching films. I don't go out too much because I prefer enjoying cooking or reading quietly in the flat but I like having nice chats with some drinks. I don't have parties in the flat but I love BBQs and have few friends for dinner. I keep the flat tidy and clean but I'm not hygienically compulsive.

I am looking for someone professional between 28 - 40 years old, easygoing, friendly and thoughtful about keeping a harmonious living environment. I don't mind smoker as long as it isn't inside the flat.
