Double room in lovely 3 bedroom flat

LOCATION:
Right next to Regent's Canal and Victoria Park, we are within walking distance of Broadway Market / London Fields, Columbia Road and Brick Lane — pretty central to all that east London has to offer. Hackney Wick is at the other end of the park.

There's plenty of shopping options around, with various supermarkets and the excellent Victoria Park Village for the foodies out there (like us!)...

THE FLAT
is bright and spacious, and we keep it clean and cosy. We have a good kitchen, a nice size lounge / dining room, and a balcony that faces the evening sun in summer.

The bedroom is unfurnished but has a built-in wardrobe. It's the smallest (and cheapest) room in the place, but comfortably fits a double bed, small desk etc. It has large windows onto the balcony and gets plenty of sunlight during the day. Our previous flatmate has a nice bed and mattress for sale for £100.

The bills come to around £90 per month, including council tax, energy, high speed internet / phone and a cleaner once a fortnight.

THE PEOPLE!
You would be sharing one girl (25) and one guy (33). We're into good food, music, art… and company.... plus a bit of market browsing and a pint or two. There’s plenty of great local food and drink places!

We're both friendly and sociable — we all share a meal and / or a drink together from time to time, but generally keep quite busy and give each other personal space at home.
