2 rooms in great flat in Bethnal Green

My 2 flatmates are moving out next month so I'm looking for 2 new people to move in with me in Bethnal Green. The flat is in a great location just 5 minutes from the tube station (Central Line) and Broadway Market, and just 15 minutes from Brick Lane and Shoreditch. It's a second floor furnished flat with 3 double rooms - 2 larger and one smaller room. I currently have one of the larger rooms so am looking to fill the other two. The flat also has some communal parking spaces - I don't have a car myself but one of my current flatmates does and she is always able to find a space downstairs.

About myself my name is Ian and I'm a 29 year old doctor working in Newham hospital. I've lived in the flat one year now and love the location and so really want to stay. I'm pretty relaxed and easy going, and would like to live with friendly professionals.

The official start date of the contract will be 15th August (6 months minimum) but my flatmates will actually both be moving out a week or two before that so there is some flexibility if you want to move in sooner.
