I am situated on the top floor (fifth floor) of this safe secure friendly ex-local authority block. The neighbours are really nice. It is a mixture of old people who have lived in the block for years and young professionals and students.
The flat is spread over two levels and has huge windows with a massive amount of natural light.
The kitchen is very modern with a dishwasher and ample storage.
Bills equate to about 70 per month per person including council tax
