Lovely Double Ensuite Room in Beautiful House

Here's a little more info about our house!

We have two outside areas - a sunny first floor terrace and another separate outdoor decking area on the ground floor. Inside there's an open plan lounge & dining area with a working fireplace and plenty of seating. The kitchen is bright and modern with a dishwasher, Smeg gas stove and huge bi-fold doors that open out to the ground floor terrace. There’s plenty of common space including the converted attic, which also doubles up as a spare room since it has a sofa-bed for visitors.

The street is quiet and residential; however it is conveniently sandwiched between Bethnal Green Road and Hackney Road. Shoreditch, Brick Lane, London Fields, Columbia Road, Victoria Park & Broadway Market are all easily within walking distance, so it’s a perfect area for socialising and meeting people. And most importantly, plenty of pubs!

The room is on the first floor and the only bedroom on that floor, so nice and quiet. It’s a big, light room with three built in double wardrobes and its own en-suite with a loo, sink and shower.

You would be sharing with two girls; Mel (28, British) and Alison (31, German/American). We have a relaxed, calm and friendly environment in the house and would like to keep it that way. We like socialising as a house over a bottle (or few) of wine or at one of the local pubs, but equally have our own lives so don’t live in each other’s pockets. We also like to keep the house clean and tidy, which is helped by the weekly cleaner!

7 min to Bethnal Green Station, 5 min to Cambridge Heath Station, 5 min to Columbia Road Flower market, 10 min to London Fields and Broadway market, 15 minutes to Brick Lane. Busses direct to Waterloo, London Bridge and Oxford St a two minute walk away.
