I am moving in with my boyfriend so this good sized double bedroom is available from mid-September. I found the flat through spare room and have loved living here. It's good value and in a great location.

The room is a 3 bedroom, 2 storey ground floor maisonette flat in Bethnal Green. It is minutes walk away from Bethnal Green tube station, Bethnal Green railway station and close to other popular East London areas (see below). You will be living with two lovely girls in their late 20s, both who work in the fashion industry. They are hoping to find someone who is easy going, sociable and respectful. Professional females only. They're looking for someone who is seeking a home, not just a room. And a love of trash TV and crime dramas is an added bonus!

The room is furnished with a double bed, new mattress, large wardrobe, bedside table and a desk. There is also storage space in shared cupboards in the hallway and under the stairs. The flat has one shared bathroom and one downstairs toilet. There is a nice patio area at the front of the flat and a private garden at the back.

Rent = £566 p/m payable on 1st of the month
Bills = approximately £80 p/m
Deposit = £470

We have a cleaner who comes every other week, the cost of this is incorporated into the estimated bills amount above.

The flat is walking distance to great areas and amenities:
15 minutes to Hackney, London Fields and Broadway Market
15 minutes to Shoreditch High Street
10 minutes to Victoria Park and Regents Canal
10 minutes walk to Whitechapel overground station

Several night buses go near to the flat including the N8 from Tottenham Court Road and the N35 from Clapham & Brixton.

Note the bedroom windows face quite a busy road so if you hate noise at night this room is probably not for you!
