On one side there is an equipped kitchen with utensils, pots and pans you would need to cook. There is a dining area and the living room with couches and a TV.
There is a bathroom with tub and shower.
The apartment is a 10 to 20 minute walk away from Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Victoria Park. The Bethnal Green Underground stop is 5 minutes walk and there are busses going to central just 2 minutes away.
Council tax, water and internet bills are included. Electricity will be shared between the tenants (no Gas bills).
