Large double room available - bethnal green

Hi Everyone!

We have a room available in our good sized 3 bedroom flat in Bethnal Green / London Fields. We have a big kitchen if you're keen to cook up a storm, a great lounge that leads to what we like to call our 'patio' (carpark area), a good sized bathroom and a 2nd wee toilet.

5 minute walk to BG station on the central, and just across the road from Cambridge Heath on the overground. Victoria park is at the end of the road, Broadway markets is 5 away, so pretty decent locale.

The room is generous, is furnished with a bed and closet etc.

I'm becky (30), a photographer, and I live with james (26) ,a designer working in advertising. Would love to have another creative join us, but if you're a banker or in finance we won't hold it against you. I'm a brit and james in a new zealander.

We like the normal things, music, film, fun, bbq's, kiteflying... weird museums? ummm... I've got a wee vege garden coming along nicely, what else? We're pretty laid back, sociable, but have our own lives etc. Have a tentative plan to turn the cupboard into either (a) a darkroom or (b) a printing studio, but nothing's come to fruition.

We both smoke, outside only, so not worried whether you have the nasty habit or not.

David, who's leaving, is getting ancy about finding a new person, so we're keen to get the ball rolling. Thinking about having an 'open house' either Sunday or Monday, and will update here, otherwise get in touch and we can sort something out!
