Sunny Double Room in Beautiful Victorian House

The house is located in Bethnal Green with a ten minute walk to the Tube Station (Central Line - 12mins to Oxford Circus) short bus ride, cycle or walk to Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street. 2 Mins up the road and you are in the beautiful Victoria Park, stroll along Regents Canal and you will arrive at the local Broadway Market and London Fields.

The room available is a double room with lots of hanging space. Its south facing and is bathed in sunlight in the morning with the window overlooking the garden. The room comes furnished with a bed, bedside table and cabinet for clothes storage. It has a peaceful energy ( lots of incense has been burned within these 4 walls) and will offer any new owner a great nights sleep. (Its quiet as its backs onto the garden).

The house has a great lounge with comfortable couches and TV equipped with sky. The lounge leads onto a dining area with a table for eating, working, drinking and general table usage.

The kitchen is great and leads onto a delightful outside are with tables, chairs and bbq. If you have a bike we store ours down the side of the house which is safe and secure.
Ideally we will be looking for a girl to even things out however we would consider the right guy.

The rent is £680per month excluding bills and deposit of roughly one month is required

The bills are paid at the beginning of the month and are not included in the rent. These come around to £100 per month.
