Big bright double room in friendly house share

I am about to go travelling and need to find someone to fill my lovely room for 8 months.

The room is a big bright double room furnished with a queen sized bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and shelving. I can also leave my 42" TV in the room if you would like.

The house is a large 5 bedroom period property with lots of space and has a small garden and roof terrace which is a great sunny spot for BBQ's and drinks. There are 3 bathrooms in the house so you will be sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

The house is in a fantastic location just 30 seconds walk from Bethnal Green tube on the central line and a 10 minute walk from Victoria Park, Broadway Market and Brick Lane.

The current housemates are all professionals in their late 20'S and early 30's. They work in finance, marketing, interior design and one runs a cookie company. The household is very stable, two of the housemates have been here for almost 4 years and two have been here for 18 months and a year respectively. We enjoy hanging out together for drinks or to watch TV in the living room but also do our own thing and are looking for a friendly and sociable housemate that will fit in with everyone.

We would prefer to find another girl to keep the balance as it is now although this isn't set in stone.

Bills total around £90 per month and this includes broadband and sky TV.
