Bright Double Room in Bethnal Green Flat!

Hi,

We have a light, bright double room available in our three bed split-level apartment in Bethnal Green.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Our flat is great - it's really light, clean, modern and super spacious. We have a kitchen with a dining area, a large lounge, a downstairs WC and lots of storage space. It's an ex-LA flat and occupies the second and third floor of a three storey building. We don't have a garden, but we're lucky to be a stones throw away from lots of green spaces, like Ion Sq Gardens, Haggerston Park, etc.

The location is excellent - we're really close to tons of pubs, bars and restaurants - Brick Lane, Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and Columbia Road are all within walking distance. We are also only a short walk away from Bethnal Green Tube, Hoxton Overground, and various buses into Central London so it's very easy to get anywhere. Although we're so close to vibrant areas, the street itself is completely residential and really quiet.

We are a PhD researcher and an events organiser (25 and 24) We're both quite busy but we enjoy going to the pub on weekends, cinema, wandering round the local markets, galleries, restaurants - the usual stuff! We also like to chill out in front of the TV during weeknights (films and trashy stuff mostly!) but also have our own things going on. It'd be really great if you share some of our interests & would be up for joining us down the pub for a few drinks or for a movie night now and then, but it's also really important that you're a considerate, tidy person who's willing to pitch in with keeping the place clean. It's not a party house, and we do like to keep the communal areas in a good state so that we all have a nice place to relax and unwind!

You will also be sharing with a small, well-behaved dog, so dog friendly people only please!

The room is available immediately - there'll be a £144 admin fee for reference checks, which will need to be completed before you can move in (should only take a few days/a week)
