Cheap Large Double room in Bethnal Green

Hi there!

We are looking for a new flatmate to move in to our house by the middle of September.

The house is maisonette spread over two floors. It has a large kitchen, a large bathroom with bath and shower facilities and a small toilet downstairs. The room is a large double room with big windows facing the back courtyard. There is also a big built-in wardrobe, sofa and desk. There are three more bedrooms (no living room). The rent is £550 per month excluding bills; it’s a bit of a bargain as we rent directly from the landlord.

The house is just 5 minutes walk to Bethnal green underground station.

We are 4 people (three girls and a guy) living in this house. Maria is a fashion consultant and works fulltime, Maryka works fulltime in finance, Anna is a corporate receptionist works fulltime and Anas is a researcher in biomaterials and also works fulltime. We keep the house quiet during the week and like to hang out, have some drinks when possible at weekends.

We’re looking for a clean & tidy housemate who is a young professional, working full time with regular hours and is between the age of 23 and 33 would be brilliant. I’m afraid we are only looking for a single person, no couples please. No DSS accepted.

Bills (gas, electricity, water, broadband) works out at around £40 or less per month.
