We are looking for a flatmate for a double bedroom in a renovated flat in Bethnal Green. The flat is a bargain given its location and recent renovations!

The entire flat is light and airy with the lounge overlooking garden allotments. All rooms are tastefully furnished with a large well-lit living room with dining table and a separate modern kitchen with a dishwasher! There is a separate shower and toilet. Indoor bike storage available.

The bedroom available is a double with a large double bed and enormous storage all in white and ready for you to add the colour!

Our flatmate is leaving as she has managed to get on that property ladder! Your housemates will be Hannah, who is 27 and works in Press Freedom, loves to be active, cooking and going out (but not bringing the party home). Gavin, 36, runs a charity and works for Chess Boxing (worth a Google). Both are very easy going and love a good Netflix session or pint at the local!

Bills come under £50 per person! The best part is there are NO agency fees and the deposit is only £700 and we have a very attentive private landlord. The remainder of the current contract is 3 months from around 9th July which is renewable 1st October for a further 12 months.
