We have a large double room available in flat share, 10 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube.

The room:
Large double room £650 pcm excluding bills
Bills come to approx £60pcm

The area:
There are several 24 hour busses just around the corner, we are literally 2 minutes from Cambridge Heath rail station, and a 10 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Victoria Park. It is a 10 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants in Broadway market and a 20 minute walk (or 5 minute bus ride) from Shoreditch high street along with the flower market on Sundays and easy access to shops.

The Flat:
This is a really nice 4 bed flat.
The room has an amazing view of London's skyline.
We have an really big terrace - perfect for summer bbq's.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new washing machine & dishwasher.

About us:
You will be sharing with 3 others - 2 guys and one girl
We are all professionals in our mid-late 20's and looking for someone like minded to join our friendly flat share.
We like to socialise together at local bars but also respect each others privacy. We do like to keep the place clean.
