The 3 bedroom Flat is located in a newly refurbished building just few steps away from Bethnal green station (central line) on the 6th floor with lots of windows, light and amazing view over east London.

Living in the flat are 2 lady (for 3 years now), while the third one is moving back to AUS!

There is me Valentina,
29y ears old italian lady who works as event coordinator for a Bank in London & there is Vicky, lithuanian 23 years old Restaurant manager.

We both work long hours and we have much different lifestyles due the different nature of our job.

We like to look after our flat like it was our own, we value cleanliness a lot especially in communal area and we respect a lot each other lifestyle - sleep patterns especially - :) and privacy.

Ideally we are looking for a professional female full time working who enjoys a nice and quiet environment to come HOME to after a long day at work.
A lady who is easygoing, friendly and balanced who value private space and some “ME” time in the privacy of her room as well as chit chatting about life, share a glass and a bit of life with flatmates.
Somebody who loves enjoying life, travelling and this sort of thing but also somebody who does not bring the party home (nope…not a party house…)

All in all, we would like to keep this flat as a peaceful haven where to feel relaxed and at ease.

The rooms is quiet spacious, with a wall length window, double bed, spacious 3door wardrobe.
Cost is £170pw.
Total per month including bills will be £780 per month, EXC electricity which is quarterly and depends on our consume (normally should not be more than £70 per head every three months)

One month deposit is required in advance to secure the room and remove the advert from the market.

Move in date is flexible between 13th september and 1st week of october.
Decision to be made ASAP.

The Area is amazing, you definitely will love it!!!!
Plenty of offers for weekend markets, grocery stores, restaurants, pub, parks all within 5 min walking.

Shoreditch, Columbia road, Brick Lane, Spitalfields and Liverpool Street are within 10-15minutes walking. Bus 8 (24hrs) stops just outside our building.
Central line, steps away.
