Room available to rent between Columbia Road/ Broadway Market and within easy access to Bethnal Green and Hoxton station and in a quite, pretty street. Available 14th of October. Rent at £800 per month, bills included and we have a cleaner every two weeks, also included in the rent.

The room is cosy but comfortable, within a tastefully refurbished, two storey apartment, with a large lounge/ kitchen, two bathrooms & a bike shed. It is a very calm and clean apartment. You would be living with professional, respectful, mature and tidy flatmates who love and take care of the space. One flatmate is an architect and the other a pharmacist.

We socialise outside of the flat the vast majority of the time, out of respect to others in the flat. The flat is predominantly where we relax/ eat/work/catch up and sleep and we treat it as our sanctuary.

Our ideal new flat mate would be clean, tidy and friendly.
