Great sunny double in spacious friendly flat

Hello!

I'm moving out of my lovely flat in Bethnal Green, and looking for someone to replace me.

My room's a spacious double with a big window that lets in loads of light. It's furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and some chests of drawers.

The flat has a big shared living room with sofas, a dining table, etc., a kitchen with plenty of storage and worktop space, and two bathrooms.

You'll be living with my two current flatmates -- 2 fun, laid-back professional guys in their 20s -- and another new flatmate, since my other flatmate's moving out as well.

Bethnal Green's a great area -- lots of pubs, great restaurants, the Regent's Canal and Victoria Park a few minutes' walk in one direction and Shoreditch etc. in the other.

On the tube, you can be at Holborn in 10 minutes down the central line. We're also less than ten mins' walk from Stepney Green (District Line).

Get in touch if you're interested in coming to see the room. I'll be arranging some viewings for the evenings of Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th Sept, and the room's available from Saturday 13th.

I really recommend coming to see it -- it's a beautiful flat in what quickly became my favourite area of London, and I'll be very sad to leave it!
