Room to rent in flatshare. 5 mins walk to both Bethnal Green underground and Bethnal Green national rail stations. (Whitechapel station also not far.)

The room currently has a Ikea daybed which can be left as a single bed or pulled out to a (large) double, and a wardrobe. If bed is left as single there is space to add a few more bits of furniture, which is up to you! Happy to show you a few places to get cheap second hand furniture in the local area if you are new.

15 minute walk to Brick Lane/Shoreditch, Columbia road flower market. Walkable distance to Victoria park, London Fields, Broadway Market etc...

Council tax, water and broadband included in rent. Electricity and gas will be split between two tenants.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, balcony. First floor flat.

About me: I am a quiet professional (marketing and graphic design) who enjoys cooking. Not into going out partying but often out at the theater/ with a few friends. Don't have parties at the flat but have a friend or a few round occasionally for a chat or dinner. Head to the gym quite often and like to keep the place clean.
