Lovely room in a warm and welcoming flat set in a quiet block close to fantastic transport links, pubs and a bustling local area. The flat is a mere 7 minutes from Bethnal Green tube (Zone 2- central line - so 20 minutes to Central London!), 10 minutes walk from Victoria Park, 10 minutes on a bus to Shoreditch and Brick Lane and mere moments from the bustling Roman Road area offering even more great transport links and all the local amenities you could ever need.

We are two gay guys in our early 30s looking to fill a double bedroom in our current three bed flat. We seek a male professional around our age, who is gay too.

We both have busy jobs - a special education teacher and youth worker project coordinator, and both are currently studying MAs so we use the evenings to relax and study.

We have varying intrests from politics, to video games and films and TV. We like a quiet drink as much as a night out.

The flat consists of a decent sized open plan kitchen/living area with comfy sofas and large windows that offer natural light on either side. The kitchen has a fantastic oven - so if you like to cook it’s a foodie’s dream! There’s also a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge - all white goods.

We have high speed broadband internet throughout the flat.

The room itself is a bright furnished good size double, with large windows and comes with a blackout blind. We have a wonderfully flexible private landlady who will furnish the room as to your requirements (within reason) so if you have your own furniture, or are wanting to buy your own, then this is fine - as is having nothing at all! The room currently has a desk and decent sized wardrobe.
