I am leaving my nice double bedroom in a very large and modern house near Cambridge Heath Station (7 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Station, Tesco at the corner, a lot of buses to Shoreditch, Old Street, Farringdon, Liverpool Street).
My flatmates are 3 adorable guys, all professionals. We have a roof terrace for barbecues, 2 bathrooms, a large living-room and an open kitchen.
We can do viewings this Sunday.
The rent is £755 without bills and there is a £150 fee for the agency.
