After 3 incredible years I'm sad to say we're leaving! Myself and my boyfriend have decided to move in together so it means our room in our amazing flat is up for rent!

The room comes fully furnished. Also the bed is less than 6 months old and AMAZING! Our landlord was kind enough to splash out and get us a black leather divan bed (storage underneath) with an ORTHOPAEDIC mattress. It's honestly a dream...no pun intended! Lol!

It's a 3 bedroom property.

You'll be sharing with 2 professional girls in their early 20's - one in insurance and the other in healthcare

Looking for someone preferably the same age/same interests etc

The flat is split over 2 levels...open plan kitchen and living room on the first floor and 3 bedrooms + bathroom on second floor.

We're just a minute walk from Bethnal Green tube, 10 minute walk to Shoreditch, 5 minute walk to the amazing Victoria park and also have good bus routes (the number 8 and n8 stops right outside the door)

Rent and bills are £750 + £50 p/m this includes water, council tax, bt tv and wifi.

There is a 6 week security deposit.

We're available all week for evening and weekend viewings.
