Double room in spacious three-bedroom house

Double room in spacious three-bedroom house available in Bethnal Green/Mile End area. The house is located next to Regent's canal and Victoria Park, and is a 10 minute walk from both Bethnal Green and Mile End tube stations.
Two of us are currently living in the house (both female)- a Canadian professional working in marketing and a German PhD student at Imperial. Because we both work long hours, the house is fairly quiet during the week but we enjoy spending time together on weekends cooking, drinking wine, going out and exploring the area. We have both been in London for a year, and each have our own group of friends but still enjoy meeting new people. We have a great garden and enjoy hosting BBQs with friends from London and around the world.

We are looking for a young professional who is happy to sign a 12-month contract (£1050 deposit). Bills are usually less than £85 each month. Our letting agency will require a reference check and confirmation of employment for the preceding 6 months, for which they charge £240. We would like a flatmate who is looking for a home, not just a room.
