Small double room - sunny in the mornings

Available to rent in our flat on Bethnal Green road close to brick lane. There's currently three of us living here, with a total of three rooms. We are preferably looking for a professional in their late twenties to come join us. We like to look after the flat and keep it clean and tidy, looking for the same.

As we know each other since years this place is not only a house but a home!
We also have a little kitten so you should like cats.

We are all professionals, respectful quite independent but don't mind a glass or 2 sometimes together :-).

The flat has no lounge room with a small kitchen and bathroom however has everything you need.

The room is furnished and the rent is £630 PCM with all bills included. Our contract is with an agency so there is a £200 fee and 1 months rent deposit.
