Double room with own bathroom available in in lovely Shoreditch/Bethnal Green flat

Hi!

I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in a great new-build two bedroom flat in Bethnal Green as sadly my current (lovely) housemate is having to move out.

The room: Is a furnished double bedroom which comes with a huge double mirrored wardrobe and two small chests of drawers (though as you can see from the photographs, room for additional furniture if you wanted).

In addition, you will have sole use of your own bathroom.

The lease for the room is for just under a year (until mid-October 2015).

The house; Open plan living room / kitchen which is of a really good size. The flat is a new build block (not ex-council!), secure key fob entry and perfectly located just off of Bethnal Green Road. It has a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, wifi - all the usual stuff you would expect. There are two pretty big storage cupboards which are useful for storing unwanted things in!

It's about equidistant (c. 5 mins walk) from Shoreditch High street station, and Bethnal Green tube station...plus the number 8 bus (24hrs) and number 388 literally stop at the top of the road, which is a bonus!

Bethnal Green road has pretty much every shop imaginable on it for day-to-day bits, and Westfield Stratford is only two stops away (dangerous for shopping...!)

Me: You'll be sharing with me (Rebecca) - 23yr old female working as a finance professional in the City. I'm outgoing and very sociable, and I'm looking for a housemate who will help me keep the flat being a great place to live (ie tidy and clean!). I work pretty long hours during the week, but you can find me of an evening / weekend exploring all the places East London has to offer - whether that be restaurants, pubs, bars or parties (I'm a big festival fan). I'm also very into (pretty much all) sports and like keeping fit!

I'm very respectful of others personal space and needs, but I'd like to find a housemate who has similar interests to me and is likely to become a friend as opposed to just someone I live with.

With regard to a moving date, this is pretty flexible - the main goal is for me to find the right person to move in!

Rent and bills: £800 pcm monthly rent (payable 18th of each month) plus bills (breakdown is about 56. 50 each for council tax and water/elec etc, about 40 per person)
