Large Furnished Room in Blackheath/Kidbrooke area

I am looking for someone to rent the room initially for 3 months. If all works out well (I'm sure you're lovely) we'll then extend to longer ; )

The maisonette consists of 2 bedrooms and bathroom with seperate toilet, kitchen and lounge downstairs. The space available for your use only will be a large and bright double room(South facing)which contains a double bed, built in wardrobe, writing desk with shelves and bedside draws.

All bills included & access to Wi-Fi.

Buses run frequently from the flat directly to train stations (Blackheath, Greenwich and lewisham or Bexley Heath.) walking to nearest station takes between 15-18 mins, well I'm 5ft 2 so if you're taller then maybe a little quicker : )

Trains run directly to London bridge (12 mins), Cannon St (15 mins) Charing Cross (22mins) and Victoria (30mins)

Plenty of free parking and extremely quiet at night : )

About me: I'm a personal Trainer and dance teacher to adults and kids.
You will be sharing with myself only so the place is pretty quiet except the occasional Latin music while creating my Zumba choreography!
