Female housemate wanted

Hi, we will be moving into a lovely house in beautiful blackheath. We have a large single room to rent, £500 all bills included. You will share a large kitchen, front room and a bathroom. We are moving in on the 5th July and the room will be available shortly after that.

About your housemates:

We are both professionals working for King's College at London Bridge. We are looking for another girl to join us.

We want a homely atmosphere, that's clean and tidy. It's great that the house has a large kitchen and front room, perfect for socialising. The bedrooms are all located on the top floor, so you can retreat to your room for privacy.

It would be nice to live with someone's who's sociable, doesn't mind sharing a glass of wine or a chat every now and again. We also appreciate that we all need our space and we're respectful of that too.

About Blackheath:

Blackheath village is well known for its vibrant atmosphere, great pubs and restaurants. You will be 5 mins from the Heath and a short walk to Greenwich park and the market. The station is a 5 minute walk away, with quick links to London Bridge and Victoria, it's one stop to Lewisham for the DLR. There are also plenty of buses.
