Dear flat hunter,

If you are looking for a comfortable place where you can unwind and relax after a hard day’s work, then look no further as you have found your new home.
I am looking for a new flatmate from mid/end September, for a very spacious unfurnished double bedroom in a large and sunny 2 bedroom flat, just around the corner from Blackheath Royal Standard and Greenwich Park.

The property is fantastically located with a mere 3 minute walk to Blackheath Royal Standard, less than 10 min walk to Westcombe Park Station, 15 min walk to Blackheath Station and a short bus ride to North Greenwich Station (Jubilee Line). Numerous busses are stopping right outside the house, including the 53 bus, giving you a 24 hour connection to Whitehall.
All bills are included (i. e. Freeview, council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet). I would require one month's rent (£830. 00) in advance and £600. 00 deposit, which will be fully refunded on moving out.

You will be sharing this lovely flat with me, a 36 year old female German professional. I have been living in the property for the past 8 years and love the fact that I can enjoy a suburban lifestyle, with great neighbours, in zone 2/3. I am an outdoorsy & active person who loves to cook or try the latest restaurant additions in the area - theatre, cinema, music, a good bottle of wine on the heath or on the couch, are also always appreciated.

What I would need from you:
- to be interested in sharing a home rather than renting a room
- to be a non-smoker
- not wanting to bring any pets along
- to be clean & help to keep the flat tidy
- to be reliable & trustworthy
- wanting to sign a long-term contract (min. 6 months) requiring 1 month’s notice if you choose to move on
- to be a single professional (sorry, no couples)
