The Development: Nice quiet development with single folk and some young families. 1 minute walk to Maze Hill Rail Station - services to Cannon St / Charring Cross / Waterloo East & London Bridge (12 minutes). Less than 5 minutes to Greenwich Park and approx 10 minutes walk to the heart of Greenwich. Even though right next to the train station it is still really quiet.

The Area: Lovely pub with great beer garden a 2 min walk. Gym with 2 pools (1 leisure, 1 lane) about 5 minutes away. Local shops and facilities about a 5 minute walk away - Tesco Metro, Co-op, Sainsbury's, Dry Cleaners, Opticians, Bike Shop, Cafe, pilates studio and yoga classes. Greenwich and the fab market a 10 -12 minute stroll.
