A lovely double room right on Greenwich Park

Hi!

We're looking for a friendly, nice, clean, tidy, calm, like-minded and easy-going flatmate.
Ideally someone who is looking for a home that feels like living with friends, rather than just a crash pad or bedsit living with strangers.

The flat is very spacious with a lovely big sitting room, private garden, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. It is situated in a quiet leafy road between Greenwich and Blackheath, with Greenwich Park right on your doorstep.

It is a lovely garden flat with three super friendly cats called Basil Rumble-Purr (5 years old), Ruby and Boris (young cats) :) So we are looking for someone who likes cats and will enjoy their company. You would be sharing with a friendly couple and guy.

We all really enjoy cooking, having a nice chat, watching a good movie, playing Mario Kart on Wii, going to the park and enjoy an occasional visit to the delightful local theatre.

The room available is a lovely double room with a large double bed, a wardrobe and large chest of draws. The room is £750 pm inc all bills. (We are ideally looking for a single person, but we are open to a like minded couple for £820 pm inc bills)

Local buses: 53 (24 hour), 54, 108 (24 hour), 286, 386, 422, 202
Trains: Westcombe Park - 15 mins to London Bridge, Blackheath - 15 mins to London Bridge and 35 mins to Victoria
Underground: DLR - 15 mins walk through the beautiful park, and then 25 mins to Bank, North Greenwich Jubilee Line - 10 mins on 108 bus then 10 mins to central.
