Bloomsbury! A lovely room! Mon-Fri rental only.

I have a lovely bright room available Mon-Fri for a lodger in my flat.

The flat is on a quiet street between Kings Cross and Russell Square. It's super sunny, overlooking the street on one side, and a park with views to the BT tower on the other. There is a small but cosy balcony on each side of the flat.

The building itself is very secure, with an outer locked gate, locked front entrance, and of course, a lock on the front door to the flat.

The flat is close to UCL and on the doorstep of both Kings Cross and Russell Square tube stations. The Brunswick Centre is nearby, which has a number of shops including a Waitrose and the Renoir Cinema.

There are lots of goodies inside - all included in the rent: I have a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a giant gas cooker, shared bathroom with huge bathtub, broadband internet, and a Netflix account which I can share. Oh, and one cat; usually very lovely but can be grumpy!

About me: I'm a 47 year old guy. I'm an active, sociable, blabby, gym and yoga nut - definitely not a middle aged couch potato! During the day I have a creative job in digital media and I'm a part-time student a few evenings a week. I'm quite dedicated to my work and studies - so we need to respect each others quiet time - but I'm also very chatty and love cooking food, a bottle of wine and some shouting at the TV. :-)

And while I like to have people over for food and drink about once a month, I don't want to live in a 'party house'. So we'll need to plan out party time...

I would be delighted to share the space with another sociable professional, grad student or academic. I tend to like liberal minded people who are talkative, curious and engaged with the world, following news, music art etc.

The room is medium sized, but well laid out. It has a vast amount of storage for books - and a chest of drawers for clothes. There is space for a small desk, if you need one. And a door opens from this room out to one of the two balconies.

It really is a lovely flat in a great location!
