I have a large double bedroom available for rent in my gorgeous three bedroom flat in Bloomsbury.

The flat is available from 25th May 2016.

Excellent location, very quiet and tucked away just 5 minute walk from Chancery Lane, Russell Square and Holborn underground stations. Just around the corner from London's famous shopping street, Lamb's Conduit Street, as well as being surrounded by amazing pubs and restaurants. Close walk to the British Museum and many other cultural hotspots.

Flat is completely furnished along with all linen if required. Excellent storage facilities for tenant, including built in wardrobe and two large chest of drawers.

I am a 27 year old female full time professional, working in St Paul's and living with my 7 year old son, Beau. Happy to consider couples or singles, male or female.

Rent is £1000 PCM and a security deposit of £1000, which will be returned at the end of the tenancy.

Rent includes ALL BILLS (water/gas/electricity/council tax and wireless internet access).

My current lodgers are two females, who are returning home to Italy after living with us for 14months. I work full time and my son attends school. We are both very laid back and have no problems with allowing our lodgers to have guests at the flat, with no restrictions to use of any of the facilities. We spend most weekends visiting my parents so tend to be out of the way.

There are four flats in the entire building, mostly occupied by teachers from the local school, so it is a very safe building with a real sense of community.
