Kings X ensuite room in 2 bed flat

I am a currently living in a large ensuite room of an airy and well lit 2 bed flat in the heart of the city in Bloomsbury and near Kings Cross St Pancras Station. My ensuite room will become available towards the end of the first week of November as I am moving out of the flat.

This flat is open to students and professionals. The location is very convenient for both study/work and play.

We are looking for a quiet and responsible girl, non smoker, to take the room on a long term basis ideally at least for 10 months until the end of the current lease in August 2015. Of course you will be welcome to stay longer if you wish to extend the contract with the landlord / agent.

All furnishings such as the bed with mattress, side tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers will be available.

There is one other flatmate who is an art student who is a friendly and considerate individual.

Letting is through an agent so there will be £210 one off name change fee and bond of £1545 will be paid directly to me but registered by the agent under your name once the new contract is signed. Rent works out to be £1, 116 pcm and is paid quarterly.
